Hi, I’m Stuart. I'm a business professional turned strategic experience design lead, mentor, and manager. I use design to help organizations solve abstract problems that make a human impact in industries that are notorious for poor user experiences like financial services, enterprise software, and digital health.

I use my design skills (design thinking and tactical craft), business acumen, and data fluency to help companies do at least one of the following:

• Generate Revenue

• Protect Revenue

• Reduce Cost

• Avoid Costs

My emerging passion project is to educate and mentor others about design and the role of designers through my writing and youtube videos, documenting and sharing the lessons I've learned through my experiences - the stuff you just can’t learn any other way.

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my wife and two young boys and working on my photography game. I end up just taking pictures of my family. My Instagram has become a fun photo journal.
