nH Intake Mobile App Hospital to Post-Acute Referral Management

This is a story of a throw-away project that became a product worth offering. I led the research and design strategy for naviHealth’s first mobile application. nH Intake Mobile molds the referral intake process to the busy and on-the-go life of clinical liaisons who assess and admit patients to post-acute facilities.

Cure Forward Clinical Trials through Precision Medicine

At Cure Forward, I performed a full lifecycle role. I oversaw and executed the UX and UI for CureForward.com’s web portal (23,600 unique visits and 500 registrations per month) across three agile development teams. I advised on UX and product strategy, and dealt directly with stakeholders. I also impacted operations with initiatives in service design.

From the business level strategy work to the tactical job that delivered business value, this is a look into a few of my projects that highlight my time at Cure Forward.
