Two roles needed to work off the same priority list while the rules for what counted as priority changed under them every quarter. I designed a signal-driven feed that held steady on what didn't change. Rules-based on purpose, built as the chassis for AI. The work was paused when strategy shifted. Predict who's about to become expensive before they do, using data we already had. I sized the market, validated product-market fit, and designed the prototype that shipped as the product. Still live after an acquisition. Outcomes: 50% reduction in cost for multi-visit patients across 1B+ encounters annually. Context: healthcare ADT data at PatientPing, now Bamboo Health.
